Telesales Executive
Instep Consultancy are recruiting for an experienced Telesales Executive to join our busy team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding and forward thinking organisation that can offer development and excellent career.
This role will involve contacting Companies via telephone and organising appointments for our Directors and Management team. You will be contacting prospects at Senior Management and Board Level.
Requirements
- At least 2 years Telesales or Telemarketing experience.
- Enthusiastic and energetic character, who can transfer that into there work
- Comfortable and effective cold-caller
- Disciplined and structured approach
- Numerate and experienced in preparing quotations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office packages
- Most of you will need to be target driven
Call Centre Operator
We are a lively call centre based in central Guildford looking for hardworking, competent customer service agents. The role is to field calls from customers who are having problems trying to access public internet and troubleshoot with them until they get connected. customer services is an extremely important element of this role, so applicants must have experience in this field. We are first line support for these customers who vary in technical knowledge and importance, but all customers must be treated with utmost respect and courtesy.
IT knowledge or Sales is Preferable and customer service experience is a must.
