Misco is one of the UK’s leading technology retailers, selling primarily online and through direct mail catalogues. The company’s portfolio has grown to include both business and consumer sales, and a wide range of home technologies (e.g. Satellite Navigation, Plasma Screens etc.). Misco is a company with a significant, and growing, retail footprint.
After many years of trying to work with regionalised suppliers, Misco appointed MSL as its new national installation service partner. As well as simplifying the management process, Misco is now able to confidently offer a reliable and standardised level of service on installation projects throughout the UK.
Whilst the installation services predominantly appeal to private customers, MSL also provides its on site resources to support Misco’s business offering. This allows Misco to compete for tenders which require off-site configuration, on site installation, education or removal and disposal of standing hardware.
