Fujitsu Siemens Computers is one of the world’s leading computer manufacturers.
For over five years, Microtechs has been the delivery partner for Fujitsu Siemens Computers (FSC) UK’s warranty repairs, with responsibility for all on site repairs including parts distribution and returns, issue resolution and secondary billing and cash collection.
We have maintained a non-volume related Service Level Agreement (SLA) throughout this period. The SLA period includes the ordering and delivery of parts from Europe, distribution of parts to engineers, the on site repair and any administration. We also carry liability for all parts ordered, which have a 30 day return-to-Germany SLA.
As a result of a European harmonisation strategy, FSC have extended our contract to include parts ordering and logistics management, making Microtechs their sole Preferred Service Partner for the UK.
Additionally, FSC’s standard warranty now offers off-site repairs, for which we have expanded our service to include a workshop facility accommodating many repairs each month. on site repairs and various “drop and wait” offsite services are being developed and trialled to ensure as complete and appropriate a customer experience as possible.
FSC have also appointed Microtechs as their installation partner.
