Case Study: Elonex – Client Rescue
You may remember the Elonex brand. After running several successful corporate HCI schemes, Elonex Computers went into liquidation. Whilst Microtechs had had no relationship with Elonex during its operational period, we were approached by the winding-up consortium to develop and deliver an ongoing support programme for the many companies who had implemented the Elonex scheme on behalf of their employees; and who would otherwise be left without service.
From telephone diagnosis to parts location, onsite repairs and billing; Microtechs fulfilled the outstanding Elonex scheme contracts and ensured an uninterrupted service to its many end users.
